About the estate
The Champagne Yvon Moussy estate was founded in 1947 and is currently managed in the third generation by Marylène and her sons Antonin and Fabien in the village of Congy at the center of the Coteaux du Petit Morin. The winery cultivates 5.3 hectares of vineyards on rich clay-limestone soils containing flint, which impart power and fruitiness to the wines. The champagnes are crafted from the three regional grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier. Viticulture follows an eco-responsible approach backed by the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification alongside an ongoing conversion to organic farming.
