About the estate

The Champagne Vincent Bliard estate cultivates its vineyards in Hautvillers in the Champagne region following a biological approach initiated by the grandparents in the 1960s. The winery works in harmony with nature, employing practices such as cover cropping, mechanical soil cultivation with a plow, and avoiding insecticides through sexual confusion. The terroir features a diverse soil composition including clay, limestone, and prominent chalk across various slope exposures. In the cellar, vinification is carried out with minimal intervention, avoiding fining, filtration, and artificial additives, accompanied by a one-year maturation in large wooden vats and barrels. Emphasizing its eco-friendly commitment, the estate also uses labels crafted from recycled paper made with organic waste.
