About the estate
The Champagne Veuve Eléonore estate in Oger is managed by Didier Dzieciuck and his niece Anastasia Tranchard, following the transition of management to the next generation in 1986. The house style is defined by a distinct avoidance of malolactic fermentation across nearly all cuvées to preserve natural acidity and reflect the true character of the terroir. In the winery, vinification is carried out using stainless steel tanks alongside custom-made wooden casks and large foudres. The portfolio focuses on fresh Blanc de Blancs champagnes that benefit from extended aging on the lees and display distinctive aromatic profiles.
