About the estate
The family estate Champagne Serveaux Fils in the Champagne region originates from the establishment by Georges Serveaux in the Marne Valley during the 1950s. Today, the winery manages fifteen hectares of vineyards and is run by the third generation of the family. The wines are produced in the building constructed from stones originally quarried during the clearing of the first plots. The portfolio within the AOC Champagne denomination features distinctive sparkling wines where the Meunier grape plays a defining role.
