About the estate
Founded in 1952, the Champagne Sanger estate processes grapes from across the entire Champagne appellation, featuring a high percentage of Grand Cru sites with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The production combines traditional methods with modern approaches, and a large portion of the grapes comes from environmentally friendly cultivation. The wines are vinified unfiltered and unfined, and they benefit from extended aging on the lees. In cooperation with the Lycée Viticole d'Avize, the company also serves to train future professionals in viticulture.
