About the estate

The Champagne Rousseaux Fresnet family estate is situated in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, cultivating vineyards across the terroirs of Verzenay, Verzy and Mailly-Champagne. The vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on soils where chalk near the surface shapes the character of the vines. The winery applies certified sustainable and environmentally responsible methods to its viticulture. As independent winegrowers, they manage the entire production process from vineyard maintenance and pressing to vinification and blending. The bottles subsequently undergo prolonged aging in cellars excavated in chalk.
