About the estate

The Champagne Roger Lustig estate is located at the foot of the Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park in Villers-Marmery and is run as a family business across nine generations. The first commercialization under the current brand name took place in 1957. Situated on chalky soils around Villers-Marmery and Mutigny, the vineyards are planted primarily with Chardonnay as well as Pinot Noir. Following a completely manual harvest, the wines undergo a multi-stage vinification process including bottle fermentation and a minimum of three years of lees aging in the cellar. The independent winery holds official certifications for sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
