About the estate
The Champagne Pascal Ponson estate is managed by the family in the fifth generation and looks back on a history dating back to 1904. Through generations and marriages, the vineyards expanded to include locations such as Coulommes-la-Montagne, Vrigny, Sacy, and Ville-Dommange. Since 2018, the winery has pursued organic farming with the aim of respecting the environment and preserving the unique character of the terroir. During vinification, oenological inputs are kept to a minimum. The portfolio includes AOC Champagne.

Placé en haut de le gamme de la maison PONSON, la Cuvée du Domaine séduit par sa forme et sa finition. Souvent composée de vin d'une seule année, elle ne revendique jamais son millésime. Sa dominante chardonnay qui offre la finesse se mélange aux deux autres cépages pour donner cet équilibre unique.
