Champagne Mondet

About the estate

The Champagne Mondet house cultivates vineyards in the terroirs of Cormoyeux and Romery in the heart of the Champagne wine region. Run by the fourth generation, the estate applies methods oriented towards sustainable viticulture. The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed very gently before the wines rest in vats and are subsequently bottled. For aging, the winery utilizes two hundred meters of natural chalk cellars located thirty meters underground. The bottles remain there for three to seven years before being riddled and disgorged to complete the AOC Champagne production.
