The Champagne Mathieu-Nicolas SCEV Moussé estate has been cultivating vineyards in Champagne as a family tradition since 1629. The plots are spread across five villages in the Marne Valley featuring deep clay and limestone soils. The primary focus is on the Meunier grape variety, which accounts for over eighty percent of production. The winery relies on natural cultivation with minimal inputs, natural grass cover, and the use of an autonomous robot for weeding. In the cellar, the wines undergo no filtration and receive only a strict minimum of neutral dosage liqueur.
