About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Les Cinq Filles is based in an 1879 stone house in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Winemaker Yvonne Seier Christensen farms the vineyards on the soils of the Côte des Blancs using organic and biodynamic methods. Harvesting is done by hand to obtain fully ripe grapes for distinctive and complex cuvées. During production, the estate relies on traditional artisanal techniques such as basket presses while pursuing carbon-neutral operations. The portfolio includes an Extra Brut Rosé made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a low dosage.
