The family estate Champagne Larnaudie Hirault is located in Trois-Puits within the Premier Cru area of the Montagne de Reims and is currently led by Michaël. The winery cultivates six hectares of vineyards spread across 18 plots planted with Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay. Viticulture is conducted according to organic principles without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or synthetic insecticides and fungicides. As Récoltants-Manipulants, the estate handles all steps of champagne production independently from the grape to the bottle. The wines are aged either in stainless steel tanks or in oak barrels depending on the intended profile.
