About the estate

The Champagne Lancelot Fils estate looks back on a long family tradition that began in the 1930s and was officially established in Avize in 1981. Today, the winery cultivates vineyards across eight different terroirs, with Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs forming the majority, supplemented by Pinot Noir in the Aube as well as Meunier and heritage grape varieties in Mardeuil. Viticulture is conducted with a strong focus on environmental protection, which is officially certified. Vinification follows a natural approach utilizing temperature-controlled vats, no filtration for single-plot cuvées, and aging in traditional chalk cellars. The portfolio features AOC Champagne, AOC Champagne Grand Cru, and Ratafia de Champagne IGP.
