About the estate

The family-run Champagne Hervé Hudelet estate is located on the Côte des Bar in the Haute-Marne department and was established in 1980 by Janine and Hervé, who initially worked as farmers. They planted their first vines in Rizaucourt, harvesting their first grapes three years later. Today, 4.30 hectares of vineyards are in production across the communes of Rizaucourt, Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, and Richebourg. Production adheres to environmental standards, with Henri and Hervé overseeing the careful cultivation and processing of the grapes following their studies at the Beaune viticultural school. The portfolio includes various champagnes as well as Ratafia champenois.
