The Champagne G. X. Crochet estate was founded in 2014 by Gaëlle and Xavier Crochet and is located in a historic farm complex in Montmirail in the Champagne region. Xavier Crochet stems from a family with a long winemaking tradition spanning multiple generations. The estate's vineyards are distributed across various terroirs including the Côte des Blancs, the Coteaux du Sézannais, the Marne Valley, and the Coteaux du Petit Morin. The management of the vineyards follows the standards of certified sustainable viticulture in Champagne. All production steps, from harvesting and pressing to vinification, are carried out independently at the property.
