About the estate
Founded in 1906, the family-owned Champagne Franck Pascal estate manages seven hectares of vineyards in Baslieux-sous-Châtillon and five surrounding communes in the Marne Valley. The vineyards, featuring slopes of up to 35 percent, are divided across 44 parcels planted with the three champagne grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay on tertiary clay soils. The estate transitioned to organic farming in 2000 and consistently applies biodynamic viticulture alongside natural vinification methods without fining, cold stabilization, or filtration. Certifications were granted by Ecocert and Biodyvin.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to horeca, retail and distributors.
