The Champagne house Champagne Forget Chauvet is a family-run estate located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims in the premier cru village of Ludes. The winemaking tradition of the Forget family dates back to before the French Revolution, leading to the production of the first bottle under this name in 1950. Today, the sixth generation consisting of Arthur and Ophélie manages the estate and continues the family know-how passed down through generations. As a récoltant manipulant, the winery handles every step from vine to wine in order to best reveal the expression of the vineyard. The daily work focuses on protecting and understanding nature while respecting the surrounding ecosystem.
