About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Foissy Joly is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar in the southern Champagne region, around the village of Noé-les-Mallets and extending to Essoyes. The family business is run in the fourth generation by Frédéric Joly, who combines traditional methods with modern equipment including presses and tank facilities. Vineyard management and all production steps from cultivation to direct sales are carried out independently by the estate. Cultivation focuses primarily on the grape varieties Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The specific character of the wines is significantly shaped by the regional soil structure.
