About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Daubanton et Fils was founded in 1982 by Monique and Jean-Jacques Daubanton in Rizaucourt within the Champagne region. The estate manages four hectares of vineyards across three communes in the Côte des Bar, where Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay are cultivated. The winery employs environmentally conscious viticultural practices, utilizing cover cropping and avoiding chemical inputs whenever vintages permit. Vineyard management and winemaking are carried out primarily by the family. Since the 2012 harvest, the sparkling wines have been entirely vinified on the property following traditional methods.
