About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Couvent Fils looks back on a long family tradition, with the very first bottles being marketed in 1947 by Clarisse Couvent. Today, the estate is managed by Sylvie and Gérard Monnin, who grew up as children of winegrowers and are deeply rooted in the region and the culture of the terroirs. Vineyard management relies on sustainable practices such as the grassing of plots to promote biodiversity and mechanical weed control. All champagnes of the AOC Champagne denomination are produced exclusively from their own grapes and blended in close cooperation with an oenologist.
