About the estate

Founded in 2008 by Brigitte Beaufort with the help of her children, the Champagne Brigitte Beaufort family estate is located in Bouzy, Champagne, and produces AOC Champagne. After completing her training as a winegrower and taking full ownership of her vineyards, the founder began producing vintage champagnes exclusively from the Bouzy terroir. The portfolio focuses on limited micro-cuvées aged for more than seven years in the cellar. Annual production is limited to 6000 bottles, although the vineyard area could yield a higher volume. Each bottle is numbered and features detailed information regarding the blend, disgorgement date, and dosage.
