About the estate
The Champagne producer Champagne Bression Sebastien is managed across generations and cultivates vineyards across five different terroirs within the Champagne region. The three regional grape varieties form the basis for various blends used in the creation of cuvées. Vineyard management is currently transitioning to organic agriculture, featuring the avoidance of chemical-synthesized products, mechanical or grass-covered soil management, and the exclusive use of natural elements. Vinification takes place in small volumes and traditional 300-litre barrels. Following bottle fermentation, the wines mature in the estate cellars for a period ranging from three to ten years depending on the cuvée.
