About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Bourgeois-Diaz cultivates 6.8 hectares of vineyards in Crouttes-sur-Marne, planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. Winemaker Jérôme, born in 1977, represents the fourth generation of his family in the vineyards and has been supported by his wife Charlotte since 2016. The vines have an average age of 40 years, thrive on clay and chalk soils, and have been cultivated without pesticides using organic and biodynamic methods since 2009. In the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed using a traditional press. The portfolio includes several champagnes and a Coteau Champenois.
