About the estate
The Champagne Bourcier estate is located in Couvrot in the Champagne region and is currently run as a family business by Frédéric Bourcier and his son Thomas. The first vines were planted in 1968 by Léon Bourcier, which marked the beginning of the estate's history. Today, the family manages a total vineyard area of 3.82 hectares and cultivates Chardonnay. The vinification of their own cuvées is carried out with attention to traditional methods and a commitment to preserving the authenticity of the terroir. The portfolio includes various Champagne styles as well as Ratafia de Champagne.
