About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Bonnaire is located in Cramant and looks back on a traditional history shaped by founder Fernand and his family. The estate manages vineyards in the Grand Cru villages of Cramant, Chouilly, and Oiry along the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay is the predominant variety. The winery follows environmentally conscious practices and holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. In the vineyard, herbicides are entirely avoided, and treatments are limited to a strict minimum. Vinification takes place on fine lees in stainless steel vats, followed by extended aging on the lees. The portfolio includes, among others, the Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs as well as rosé and reserve champagnes.
