About the estate
The Champagne Aspasie estate in Brouillet is managed in the fifth generation by Paul-Vincent Ariston and his wife Caroline, with a documented winemaking history dating back to 1794. The winery cultivates twelve hectares of vineyards in the Ardre Valley, which are characterized by old vines and the cultivation of rare grape varieties such as Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. In addition to Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, these historic varieties are also used in vinification, which relies on a traditional family press. The estate follows environmentally conscious practices, as documented by certifications for high environmental value, sustainable champagne viticulture, and organic farming achieved in 2022.
