About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne Alain Bailly is run as a multi-generational family estate that traces back to 1962, when the winery was established in Serzy-et-Prin. The vineyards cover thirteen hectares distributed across numerous plots in areas such as the Ardre Valley, the Saint-Thierry Massif, and the Montagne de Reims. Meunier forms the primary focus, complemented by Chardonnay and Pinot noir, with the estate applying environmentally conscious viticultural practices. Harvesting is carried out by hand, and the grapes are vinified separately in small tanks before maturing in the cellars. The wines undergo a minimum of three years of aging on fine lees.
