The Champagne A. Bergère estate has family roots in Fèrebrianges within the Petit Morin Valley, with a history of vine ownership dating back to 1848. Vineyard holdings are situated across the historical terroirs of the Petit Morin Valley, the Côte des Blancs, and the Sézannais. Adrien manages numerous plots across the property, which are all vinified separately before blending. In the cellar, the estate utilizes stainless steel tanks, oak barrels, and large casks, while avoiding cold stabilization, fining, and filtration. These practices result in expressive champagnes that reflect the identity of the appellation.
