Champ Divin
EARL Fabrice et Valérie Closset
39570 Gevingey · Jura · France
About the estate
The Champ Divin estate cultivates less than seven hectares of vines in the Jura wine region. The vineyard soils consist of clay-limestone and marl layers over weathering limestone originating from the Upper Triassic to the Upper Jurassic periods. The grape varieties grown at the property include Pinot noir, Trousseau, Chardonnay, and Savagnin. Viticulture is conducted following organic and biodynamic principles, holding certifications from Ecocert and Demeter. During vinification, the winery avoids oenological additives to produce natural and authentic wines.
