The Cellers Can Blau winery produces wines within the Montsant DO designation in Spain. For the red wines, different grape varieties from various soil structures are combined. The tannin-rich Cariñena is harvested in the clay valleys, while Syrah grows on the limestone reliefs. In addition, the Garnacha variety is cultivated on ancient, dark slate soils. From these three varieties, the estate crafts complex red wines in varying proportions.
