About the estate
The Celler Cooperatiu de Cornudella is a cooperative that unites over 80 winegrowers from the Priorat region and was founded in 1919. The historic building complex was designed by the architect Cèsar Martinell and is considered one of the wine cathedrals. The vineyards are located on steep, arid slate soils within the Montsant DO area and are shaped by a Mediterranean climate. The cultivated indigenous grape varieties include Garnatxa, Carinyena, and Macabeu. Production includes red, rosé, and white wines that are crafted using traditional methods.
The eno directory lists one wine.
