The Caves Ferrer i Catasús (Castell del Mirall ) estate traces its origins back to 1935 when the family tradition began at Masía Gustems. Today, Lluís Ferré continues the family dream in the Penedès region, focusing on sustainable, organic, and vegan practices from the vineyards onwards. The product range includes young, organic wines and aromatic cavas crafted from grape varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. The winery combines long-standing generational tradition with innovation while also offering educational wine experiences.
