About the estate
The Cave Saint André was founded as a cooperative in 1909 in the heart of a Provençal village and looks back on a history of over a century. Today, the estate unites 40 cooperative members who cultivate 380 hectares of vineyards spread across several municipalities. The terroir is characterized by clay-limestone soils at high altitudes and a continental climate featuring harsh winters and warm summers. The annual production amounts to around 22,000 hectolitres of wine in three colors, with rosé wine taking the lead. Part of the production is classified under the AOC Coteaux Varois en Provence as well as various IGP denominations, and the winery has been certified since 2020.
