About the estate
The Cave Pierre & Dominique Luisier winery was founded in 1983 by Pierre Luisier in Saillon in the heart of Valais. The initial vintages matured in the family home's cellars before the current winery building was constructed in 1989. In 1991, enologist Dominique Luisier joined the estate, followed by Marie Luisier in 2024, uniting three generations in the production of wine. The portfolio includes AOC Valais wines produced with a commitment to environmental respect. Furthermore, selected cuvées are vinified without sulfites to preserve the purity of the terroir.
