About the estate
The Cave Parisod estate is located in Bellerive within the Vully region in the canton of Vaud. The winery pursues an original micro-vinification concept, releasing a unique and limited special cuvée under the name Inspiration every year since the 2016 vintage. These special bottlings allow the winemaker to express full creativity while utilizing the richness of local grape varieties, techniques, and the Vully terroir. A notable example is the 2023 Inspiration cuvée named Crépuscule, produced from the disease-resistant grape variety Divico and characterized by an intense purple color, aromas of blueberries and blackcurrants, and spicy notes.
