The Cave Laurent Hug SA estate is situated on the sunny slopes of Sion and cultivates its vineyards on terraces supported by traditional dry-stone walls. The favorable climate encourages the diversification of grape varieties, which are planted on limestone soils dominated by clay or shale. The work in the vineyards is developed in harmony with the natural environment to maintain regional biodiversity. Through this environmentally conscious approach in the Valais, high-quality wines are produced.
