About the estate
The Cave du Vieux Moulin estate in Vétroz, Valais, is a fourth-generation family-run business established in 1927. Romain Papilloud runs the property alongside his wife Gladys, and since 2008 they have been joined by their son Vincent, who completed training as a viticulturist and winemaker. The winery practices environmentally conscious viticulture and places great emphasis on passion, terroir, and tradition. Its wines are produced under the AOC Valais denomination.
The eno directory lists 28 wines, mostly from Amigne and Pinot Noir.
