About the estate
The Cave du Consul estate is located in Perroy in the heart of the Vaudois Côte between Lake Geneva and the Jura. For over a century, the Martin family has cultivated the vineyards, which are managed today in the fourth generation by Laurent and Nicolas Martin. The estate spans fourteen hectares on south-facing slopes featuring soils composed of glacial moraines and molasse. The production includes various wines as well as traditional specialties such as Chasselas and red blends. The viticultural approach combines longstanding methods with modern standards to preserve the regional terroir.
