The Castellare di Castellina estate cultivates privileged vineyards situated at an altitude of 450 to 510 meters with a perfect exposure. For over 40 years, the iconic bird symbol on the label has represented a daily commitment to sustainable viticulture. Production traditionally focuses on classic native grape varieties such as Sangioveto, Malvasia Nera, and Canaiolo to craft authentic wines with a pronounced territorial identity. Alongside the renowned Chianti Classico, the portfolio includes prestigious Super Tuscan creations as well as wines made from international varieties like Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
