Founded in 2016 by Claudia Sciacca and Andrea Annino, the Imakara Società Agricola srl estate is located in Caltagirone in the Italian region of Sicily. Spanning approximately ten hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates old vines of Nero d’Avola and Frappato within the Cerasuolo di Vittoria DOCG denomination zone. Farming is conducted strictly under organic management with manual harvesting and minimal intervention both in the vineyard and the cellar. Modern, eco-friendly production facilities and the avoidance of conventional chemical agents underscore the sustainable philosophy of the estate.
