About the estate
The CastellAlta winery is a small, traditional family estate located in the historic production area of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG in Veneto. The descendants of the winemaking family have revived their long-standing viticultural tradition and now cultivate small vineyard plots in San Pietro di Feletto and Solighetto. Some of the vines reach up to sixty years of age and are situated on the highest hilltops at altitudes between 200 and 250 meters above sea level. The estate focuses on sustainable practices through advanced integrated production systems and avoids the use of herbicides entirely. Starting from the 2019 harvest, all bottled products carry the SQNPI certification across the entire production chain.

In bocca si presenta asciutto, con note fruttate leggermente agrumate, al naso colpisce i sui profumi floreali intensi tipici dei vini della zona del Feletto. Per essere un Prosecco ha un’ottima struttura che garantisce una lunga persistenza in bocca.

Spumante dalla buona struttura e dall’ottimo equilibrio gustativo, ha una bollicina elegante, persistente ma non invadente. Si contraddistingue dagli altri vini grazie ai sentori di mela e spezie e dall’ottima sapidità.
