The Casisano estate is located in Tuscany in the municipality of Montalcino and covers a total area of 53 hectares, with 22 hectares planted with vines. The vineyards are situated on a natural terrace at an altitude of 480 meters in the southeastern zone of the production area. The terroir is characterized by galestro soils as well as a windy and dry microclimate. The estate exclusively cultivates the Sangiovese variety, producing wines under the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and Rosso di Montalcino DOC denominations. The wines are aged in large Slavonian oak casks.
