About the estate
The organic Cascina Mondator estate is situated on the Collina del Tamburino Sardo in Custoza and is run by Roberto Predomo in the fourth generation. Vineyard management and harvesting are carried out traditionally by hand. During vinification, the winery pays close attention to preserving the natural flavors of the grapes. The portfolio includes wines from the Bardolino DOC, Custoza DOC, Passito Veneto Bianco IGP, and Rosso Veronese IGT denominations.
