About the estate
The Carpineto estate was founded in 1967 in the small village of Dudda within the municipality of Greve in Chianti by Giovanni Carlo Sacchet and Antonio Mario Zaccheo. The producers combine advanced viticultural and oenological techniques with a consolidated culture of the territory. Approximately 95 percent of the total production consists of red wines, with the majority aged for three years or more before release. Today, the winery commercializes around three million bottles that express the characteristics of the region where they are born.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Chardonnay.
