About the estate
The Caprili estate is located in the territory of Montalcino and looks back on a family history that began as sharecroppers at the beginning of the 20th century. In 1965, the family acquired the land and planted the Madre vineyard, establishing the foundation for the current winery. The vineyards are situated predominantly in Montalcino as well as in Cinigiano and are primarily cultivated with Sangiovese. Today, descendants of the founders manage the property, producing traditional wines such as Brunello di Montalcino.
The eno directory lists 6 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Vermentino.
