The Cantine Valenti Srl Ex Vinicola Valenti estate was founded in 2004 by Giovanni, Francesca and Alessandro in Passopisciaro on the slopes of Mount Etna. The winery spans over 30 hectares of land, with the majority dedicated to vineyards located across six distinct contrade: Guardiola, Santo Spirito, Arcuria, Bonanno, Pietramarina and Corvo. Operations follow organic farming standards, combining traditional manual vineyard management with modern techniques. The portfolio features wines under the Etna DOC and Sicilia DOC denominations, produced from indigenous grape varieties such as Carricante and Nerello Mascalese. Winemaking focuses on expressing the unique volcanic soils and microclimatic conditions of the region.
