About the estate

The Cantina sociale di Avio winery produces its wines in two important facilities. The cooperative is dedicated, among other things, to preserving the native Enantio grape variety, whose origins trace back to the description of wild vines by Pliny the Elder in the first century AD. This variety found its natural habitat in the region and has shaped the viticultural history of the valley. To better protect this historic vine, producers actively contributed to the creation of the Valdadige Terra dei Forti designation in the late twentieth century. The winery's portfolio also includes the TrentoDOC sparkling wine.

The eno directory lists 29 wines, mostly from Enantio and Pinot Noir. The estate sells to retail.
