About the estate

The Cantina Salim winery is located in Trentino in the Alto Garda region at an altitude of 500 meters and is managed by the Bortolotti family. The estate cultivates five hectares of vineyards planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Production focuses on sparkling wines such as Trento DOC alongside various still wines. Farming is conducted using organic methods without the use of synthetic chemical products. The winemaking process combines modern cellar technology with the natural environment provided by the estate's rock architecture.
