About the estate
The Cantina le Pietre estate was founded in 2021 by the owners of two neighboring properties in Reggello, Tuscany. Across six hectares of vineyards, the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet, and Viognier are cultivated organically. The terroir in the Upper Valdarno features well-structured soils enriched with Galestro and Macigno del Valdarno. The region looks back on a long winemaking history that was notably shaped in the 18th century by Cosimo III de' Medici.
