About the estate
The Cantina Le Cimate winery was established in 2011 by Paolo Bartoloni, continuing a family agricultural tradition that dates back to the 19th century. Three generations of the Bartoloni family participated in the construction of the modern estate. The portfolio includes characteristic wines such as Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG and Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino DOC. In addition to winemaking, the enterprise also produces limited quantities of olive oil from regional olive varieties and roasted hazelnuts.
